Yet another day of jumping. I like it because it really gives you the chance to do some serious work on your body and your stamina. It was little bit harder for me but you can always make it easier with changing the intensity - instead of jump lunges you do 15 sec lunges and 15 sec jump lunges :) (that is one way how to change intensity).
