I thought I'll try out fit test from Shaun T's Insanity. To be honest it wasn't the best decision. In fit test you do 8 different exercises each for 1 minute and it doesn't work for me anymore after all those days with 20s intervals from tabata.
Anyway I thought I'll share this video with you anyway so you can see that everyone can have a bad day.
The numbers went as follow (by myself):
1. Switch kicks - 120
2. Power squats - 50
3. Power knee - 80
4. Power jumps - 45
5. Frog jumps - 35
6. Suicide jumps - 10
7. Push-up jacks - 17
8. Low plank oblique - 25
Aaaaan here are numbers from before when I did this with my sister without recording:
1. Switch kicks - 140
2. Power Squats - 63
3. Power knee - 105
4. Power jumps - 75
5. Frog jumps - 55
6. Suicide jumps - 15
7. Push-up jacks - 25
8. Low plank oblique - 45
Quite a difference right? That just proves that sometimes your numbers are higher and sometimes lower and you shouldn't worry about them that much.
