Since I've enjoyed the different style of workout so much, I've decided that I'll try to come up with something different again. This workout was one of the hardest but in the same time one of the most rewarding one.
It goes like this:
15 squats
16 lunges
15 push ups
15 power jumps
15 in and outs
...and you have 16 minutes to do as many rounds as possible. I did 5 and a half rounds. Let me know your numbers in the comments!
